A solid understanding of what fuel your body wants and needs, plus the confidence to adjust as needed for inevitable life variables. You’ll know how to build a plate of balanced fat, protein, and carbs, without measuring or tracking.

Confident, intuitive eating, without shame, guilt, or second-guessing, supported by what you learn about your body throughout the 12 visits.
